Ken McCarthy was one of the original pioneers of the movement to commercialize the Internet.
Since 1993, Ken has developed numerous cutting edge training programs that have not only helped his clients make more money, but have also served to advance the state-of-the-art in Internet marketing practice.

Meta skills are neither tools nor techniques. They’re a way of thinking. Without meta skills even the best tools and advice are useless. It’s like giving a monkey a gun. He may be able to pull the trigger but he’ll never be able to hit the target. On the other hand, if you have meta skills you can use any traffic or conversion technique successfully and easily adapt to change – the big challenge we all face.
The right tools give marketers the power to use the Internet to amplify the impact of their resources. In military jargon “force multipliers.” Unfortunately getting accurate and reliable information on tools – which are good and which are not so good – is harder than getting an audit from the Pentagon. We never take commissions for recommending tools so we focus on one thing: making sure you discover the right ones.
Traffic is the engine for Internet business. No traffic, no business. At the end of the day there are only three ways to get traffic: search engines, public relations, and paid traffic. Despite the hype, search engines and public relations traffic isn’t free and paid traffic, while it might seem “expensive”, can be the cheapest traffic out there – if you know how to buy it and track it.
The ability to convert traffic to its best and highest use is the single most important skill in Internet marketing. Traffic is available in nearly infinite supply. The secret is to make traffic pay. You can buy traffic, but you have to earn conversion with great ad copy and more importantly great strategy and tactics.
